National Property Fund (FNM) accuses Nomura of default

The National Property Fund (FNM) and the Czech Republic have accused Japanese Nomura bank of default in the IPB case. The cabinet wants compensation of CZK 103 bln to CZK 263 bln. Yesterday the claim was sent to Nomura's London branch. The main negotiation will probably not take place not before autumn next year.
