Hungarian oil and gas company MOL Rt has submitted a bid for a 25% plus one share stake in oil company INA of Croatia, MOL announced on the Budapest Stock Exchange's website on Friday.
MOL said it not only accepted the conditions set by the Croatian government but is ready to provide substantial capital for INA to carry out its planned international and regional developments.
Croatian Economy Minister Ljubo Jurcic announced in Zagreb on Friday that all three bidders - MOL, the Russian firm Rosnyeft and the Austrian firm OMV - had submitted their bids.
Jurcic said the strategic partner for Croatia's largest oil company will be selected in March.
