Four founders of TV Nova, Fedor Gal, Peter Huncik, Josef Alan and Vlastimil Venclik, filed a suit against the current partners of TV Nova, Vladmir Zelezny, Peter Krsak, CET 21, Ceska sporitelna and CEDC Management Services.

The claimants stated that they were majority owners of Nova.

They say that the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of CET 21 of 6 February 1997 on transfer of their holdings to Vladimir Zelezny and the attached notarial record are not valid.
