A court in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, ended a case against TV Nova CEO Vladimir Zelezny after finding that no criminal act had been proved.
The court also threw out the case against the administrator of the Astrona Foundation Walter Schlegel. Zelezny’s lawyer Josef Monsport said that he hoped that criminal charges against Zelezny in the Czech Republic would also now be dropped.
According to Monsport, the charges of harming creditors were brought by the same party, CME, and on the same basis in the Czech Republic and in Liechtenstein.
The Prague State Attorney said that new charges against Zelezny concerning harming creditors and tax evasion would be brought in the near future.
