Czech Telecom (CTe) must undergo restructuring in order to be privatized, says Minister of Information Technologies Vladimir Mlynar.

He proposes that the powers of CTe supervisory board be expanded and the company’s board of directors be part of the management.

By the end of January, Mlynar along with Finance Minister Bohuslav Sobotka should submit to the government materials on CTe prospects, including its sale.
