MOL Rt has finished due diligence at Croatian oil company INA and will decide on the details of an offer in October or November, MOL CEO György Mosonyi said yesterday. MOL is interested in establishing a strategic association of regional oil companies, he said. The Croatian government is selling 25% of INA. In addition, communications director György Felkai denied reports that MOL wants to sell its gas division as soon as regulations are sorted out.
